WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Italians taxes, RCA Insurances, Road assistance with MAP-FRE Assistance in Italy and Europe, TH/F and Casco. 

Your rental RCV from OTTOCARAVAN  RV RENTALS will be a thoroughly cleaned ( inside and out). It will have a full tank of propane and a full water tank. The holding tanks will be empty and deodorized. The battery will be fully charged. You will be given exstensive training regarding every aspect of how the RCV functions. In addition there will be a complete manual on board.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

Fuel, engine oil, puncture (flat tire), gas bottles, WC chemicals, biodegradable toilet paper, bed linen, kitchenware and kitchen utensils, external and internal cleaning.

The preparation fee includes: gas bottles, WC chemicals, biodegradable toilet paper external and internal cleaning

INSURANCES:

RCA: third party insurance and property damage liability up to 5,2 millions  Euro. 

There is Euro 2.000,00 (included all CEE countries) deductible for collision, fire, theft and vandalism. Damage to the undercarriage and interiors not caused by a motor vehicle accident are not covered by insurance.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY:

All drive vehicles are delivered in top mechanical condition. Any damage to the brakes, engine or transmission caused by abuse will be charged to the customer. 

MINIMUM RENT PERIODS

High season: 21 days

Rest of the Year: Free km: 7 days or limited km 4 days

Easter, April 25 and May 1: 5 days

Alpines meeting and Oktoberfest: 4 days

New Year and Christmas: 7 days 

In high season the W-E tariff is not applicable. Easter is always mid season.

RESERVATIONS:

A payment of 40% of the total rent is required when making a reservation. Reservations may be made by fax, e-mail, or mail. In order to confirm the booking, full payment is required at least 15 days before departure.

All Clients must possess a credit card. We accept VISA , MASTER-CARD .

CANCELLATION:

For reservation cancelled 60 days prior to departure: the client will pay 5% of the total rent. For reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior to departure: penalty is the deposit and after the whole amount is paid (at least 15 days prior) no refund. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The client is required to leave a deposit by credit card  (VISA, MASTERCARD) in the day of departure. The amount is of Euro 2.000,00.and it might be used to cover eventual exceeding kms, exceeding days, eventual damages, franchise or other charges concerning the closure of the contract. The deposit is refunded when the vehicle is returned in a clean, and undamaged condition. In case of an accident the deposit will be retained till when the situation is cleared by the Security Company.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS:

Customers are responsible for reporting and payment of all parking/traffic violations at rental termination. Non-reporting of parking/traffic violations breaches the rental agreement and may result in an administrative charge of up to Euro 100 in addition to the fines.

BREAKDOWNS:

Road assistance is covered by a covering insurance MAP-FRE ASSISTANCE

which provides assistance 24 h, haulage to garage in case of breakdown or accident and everything else mentioned in the subscription booklet that will be handed to the client at the departure.

Eventual mechanical breakdown not caused by heedlessness or negligence, is charged on OTTOCARAVAN SRL.  The renter can repair the vehicle immediately. Any charges up to Euro 80,00 can be made without prior authorization and will be refunded after presenting itemized bills. If repair amount is in excess of Euro 80,00, renter must obtain prior authorization from OTTOCARAVAN  S.r.l, via phone.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

Otto rent requires that all drivers be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's INTERNATIONAL License issued by the State or Country of residence.

CONVENIENCE KITS

Optional kits are available, which include bedding, pillows, cooking utensils, dishes, and pots. Kit should be reserved at time reservation is made. Cost for these kits are indicated on the current rate sheet. 

PICK-UP AND RETURN

Pick-up time should be scheduled as close as possible at time of reservation. Each customer is instructed on complete operation of the vehicle at time of pick-up.

Pick-up hours are: 09:00a.m. to Noon;  03:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Vehicles must be returned between 09:00 a.m. and Noon on the specified day.
